The American Heart Association's heart walks have always been about moving together to get hearts pumping, celebrating survivors, raising lifesaving funds and having fun along the way. This year's Southeastern Oklahoma Heart and Stroke Walk virtual format makes it easy to join the movement and walk wherever you are!
From June 4-13, you can walk a 3-mile or 1-mile virtual path during a day and time of your choice. If you choose to walk on a Community Path near you, you will encounter QR Code "Heart Stations" at every .25 mile along your path. These QR Codes will share exciting health tips and fun challenges. Heart Walk Community Paths will be available in Oklahoma City, Ardmore and Ada.
Thank you for coming together with AYA to walk for a healthier tomorrow!
